Struttura fatiscente, cibo pessimo, mancavano asciugamani nel bagno e il sapone. Servizio assente e improvvisato. Sconsiglio a tutti di andarci. Abbiamo lasciato la struttura dopo sole 24 ore verso altri hotel dell'isola più confortevoli.

Albergo pessimo. Oltre ad essere vecchio e fatiscente è anche sperduto dalla civiltà! State lontani da questa struttura. Personale maleducato e poco disponibile. Camere sporche e biancheria assente. Siamo andati via il giorno dopo nonostante avessimo prenotato per 5 notti. Abbiamo cambiato hotel in un’altra zona.

Hotel in a bad shape (like hostel), especially restrooms and bathrooms. Employees do not speak English at all, even front desk. Every day we had to ask to get towels, sometimes few times per day. Food not bad but every day almost the same. A lot o flies in a dinning room - horrible A lot of cats in dining room or tarace. Beach small and nice, equipment outdated. Service room not good at all. Advantage - golf course , the only one on the island, pretty big living room,.

Terrible de inicio a fin: decoración barata, comida mala (sin condimentos, el cochino estaba crudo), mala atencion (tenias que perseguir a los mesoneros), música mala (mismo set 3 veces, canciones antiguas), la animación contratada estaba muy mal vestida y la actitud muy chabacana, fueron solo 3seg de fuegos artificiales, bebida deficiente (sangría de baja calidad, en la piña y los mojitos colada pusieron anis), el cotillón de hora loca fue barato y estaba incompleto (pitos no sonaban, mascaras sin las tiras para ponertelas) Ni siquiera sirvieron las copas para el brindis. Tenias que pedir la botella y servir en los vasos de agua tu mismo la bebida Salí muy digustada. Mas en un dia que deberia ser especial... En teoría harán un reembolso, si es así, agradezco la atención del gerente al presentarle mis quejas

Сегодня 9 ноября 2024 года и мы пара отдыхаем в отеле . Отель впечатляет своим величием, обьемом, возможностями . Но это все в прошлом . Номера были шикарные когда то , веет стариной и плесенью. Уборка каждый день на совесть , надо отдать должное невидимым горничным . Замена белья, полотенец каждый день. Чисто и холлах. На ресепшен нет русскоговорящих. Есть бильярд, теннис, старенький спорт зал, сауна, бассейн. Джакузи не работает. Что касается еды . До 8.11 я бы сказала что все вкусно. Видно что приготовлено с душой. Но однообразно . Все повторялось многократно. Что то подобное болоньезе со спагетти и разной лапшой было почти 4 дня подряд. Но вчера приехали местные гости и питание изменилось в достаточно лучшую сторону . Ну не любят нашего брата нигде . Не обольщайтесь. Да, относятся нормально, сносно иногда и улыбаются. Но не думайте что вас оближут как местных . Мы ехали не за едой, поэтому нам все нравится. Море, песок волшебное . Просьба к тем кто приедет сюда после нас кормить котика черно-белого который сидит по дороге на пляж . Он очень разговорчивый и не доходит до ресторана как остальные .

We were choosing between Hesperia Isla Margarita and Ecoland. We chose the first one because my friend doesn't swim well. Pros: 1. The beach and the sea are great. 2. The hotel staff is wonderful. 3. The Venezuelans are great! 4. Food: the breakfasts are monotonous, the lunches and dinners were great every day, everything was delicious. 5. The rooms are spacious without balconies with panoramic windows. We had a room with a sea view, we admired the sunsets every day. We really enjoyed walking barefoot on the parquet floor. It is made of some valuable tree species. Those who have walked will understand). 6. I also wrote down the lack of animation as a plus. We had a friendly and cheerful company, we were never bored. The music played all day long, in the evenings we organized our own discos. 7. Due to the hotel not being fully occupied, there were no lines anywhere, all the tourists were like family. 8. The air conditioner broke down 2 days before departure. The problem was solved at the reception in 3 minutes by giving out the keys to a new room. The only downside for me was the very strong humidity. As if you were in a sauna all the time. In other countries of this region it was not so noticeable. Perhaps you should try to relax at a different time of year. And I wish Venezuela to quickly get out of the crisis and put the beautiful Hesperia in order

Tuve mala experiencia en este hotel parece un desierto muchas áreas cerradas y deterioradas la habitación bonita pero no tenía aire poca comida no había abundancia bar de piscina no tiene , está mal de pintura la recreación es deficiente no me sentí agradada.

Estuve con mi esposa y la pasamos excelente, buscábamos alejarnos de bullicio y el alboroto de la ciudad y en este hotel se puede lograr, realmente es un sitio fantástico para relajarse, descansar y olvidarse del mundo, al ser todo incluido no necesitas nada para permanecer días en el y pasarla bien, la playa muy bella, prácticamente solo para ti, es fabuloso, con tus bebidas disponibles y la tumbona en la orilla es magnifico, los restaurantes excelentes sobre todo el Vandelvira, comida a la carta exquisita y una atención personalizada, que hasta nos colocaron nuestra botella de vino, cuando necesite otras vacaciones de relax total no dudare en regresar
